Shipping & Delivery

We ship World-wide, using Swedish postal service or DHL for all orders.
We pack and ship your order within 2-3 days after receiving it.
When ordering item such as officers uniforms and accessories delivery time can reach 9-10 weeks.
Normally we receive the items from our supplier within 5-6 weeks.
Handcrafted leather we need 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and delivery, all handcrafted leather is custom made.
During summer period, July and August we take the Sutlery out on the road. Visiting markets, reenactments and Rendez Voues.
During this period shipping and handling of orders may take longer than normal.
And we ask for understanding regarding longer response time on all orders during this period.



All prices include 25% sales tax within the European Union.
Prices may change depending on factors out of our hands, such as changes in currency and our suppliers prices.


Returns & Replacements

On items we sell, we offer a 30 day return privilege if returned in “as shipped” condition.
With certain exceptions such as:
Custom ordered items, officers trousers, coats/jackets and kepis, custom made leather items or if you just ordered wrong item.
Write a return note, telling us why you wish to return the item.
This will help us improve our customer service.
All costs for the return are paid by the customer and responsibility for transport damage likewise.
All items deemed defective after the 30 day return time will either be repaired or replaced At our discretion.
Request for refund cannot be honored if after a reasonable amount of time.
Likewise, if there is a problem, we can try to help repair or otherwise solve the problem.
(Six months after product is received is not a reasonable amount of time.)

We offer PayPal, COD or invoice.
If not otherwise agreed, orders will be shipped with COD. (only within Sweden)
For foreign customers we recommend PayPal, international money transfer (IBAN) is not recommended due to the high costs.

EastCoast Quartermasters adds no other charges then the factual shipping cost and freight related costs to your order.
